Farewell, Judith Jackson

We are devasted to advise that Judith Jackson, somewhat unexpectedly passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 10 December 2024

While earlier this year I described Blair as the father-figure of the club, Judith could equally be described as one of the mother-figures around our Bridge club. Long-time member, passionate stalwart, over a decade as the club’s Beginners tutor and mentor, and Life Member of the Waikanae Bridge Club.

Our deepest condolences to Nick, all members of Judith’s family, and her many, many friends from both within and outside the Bridge Club fraternity.
